In many markets today it seems like all you need to do is place a sign in front of a property and boom it is sold. Is that the reality, though? Are all listings good listings? There are certain scenarios that it is in your best interest to leave a listing to another agent. Listings, and perhaps more appropriately, sellers are not all created the same. Being selective can save you a whole lot of headaches in the future. The old adage “more is not always better” is very true in this case!
Today, Garrett and Matt discuss when it might be time to walk away from a listing and how to avoid that challenging decision in the first place. The key here to remember is that Ninjas list sellers, not property.
